impressive narration and an effective hypnosis
I wasn't sure what to expect with a hypnosis session like this, but I must say I liked the effect it had on me. This session sparked a desire for me to become a pesco-vegetarian (no meat or chicken, but seafood is allowed), and I have noticed a complete change in my energy levels. My waistline is starting to shrink and I don't crave meat at all. I know this isn't a vegetarian hypnosis, but it made me want to change my diet around for the better. I feel it was effective for me personally and I can't wait to ring in the new year in my new (smaller) red dress. Awesome narration too and great music.

First time trying self hypnosis - I am hooked
This was my first time trying self hypnosis and I didn't really know what to expect. I was able to get some quiet time and then just played the audio ... it was like an epiphany for me. I don't know if it worked yet (only tried it a few days ago), but something about my attitude feels different. I am more in the mood to work out and temptations are easier to resist (was able to say no to a coworker's donuts and a birthday cake slice!). I have been able to stick to my diet thus far and am loving my mood. So far, it's been pretty heavenly and I hope it lasts. If not, I will listen to it again! Really great hypnosis.
