Only 3 days so far....

I haven't even tried to lose weight and already lost 1 pound ! It is recommended to listen while going to sleep for 21 days.
The narrator has a soft and quiet voice that makes falling asleep effortless. The audio is 4 hours long and only once I woke up in the middle of it listening to soft music. Otherwise I fall asleep listening to soft suggestions of walking downstairs into a waiting slumber.

I lost 1 pound in 3 days. I can't wait to see how much I lose in 21 days!!
