With a young child (and another one on the way!!!), i was concerned how to bring the vegetarian life to him, both in relation to his diet (and making sure he got all the nutrients etc he needs) and how to deal with him being at school and around other people. It is not the easiest thing but understanding how best to tackle it is important. I got recommended this book by a friend and i am very grateful for it. Packed with really good and actionable advice.
We have two young children who are approaching school age and we had been debating a lot about how to tackle vegetarianism and how to talk to them about it. The book gave us a lot of great information on how to deal with it in the family, at school and around their friends. Awkward things like other kids birthday parties is now a lot easier to deal with.
