There are plenty of ideas and methods you can use to help yourself stop alcohol consumption and there is also a personal action plan you can follow.
‘Quit drinking’ by Susan Hollister is a very motivational and inspirational audio book. It is helpful to find out many solution, tips and advices how to stop drinking and be more positive. If you are drinking and feel bad enough with that it is time to limit your alcohol usage per day. Gail is a very good narrator with interesting reading manner.
Susan helps you to create healthy environment like start some sport, good diet, plenty of water or even a dog. I think dog is a great friend and helps you to go out more instead of drink.
