I know he has a stop emotional eating audiobook, but I haven't seen it out in the new look. I bought it a few years back through his website.

Love it

I like using this book at night. It is a great way to take in the information, it's great to fall asleep to and everything he says makes sense and is useful. If you're looking for tools to help you manage binging this is a good resource.
