Very useful.

Excellent content but Audible could have done a better job by eliminating the intrusive voice that jumps in at the end of the content we paid for.
Great material, but audible needs to do better.

Excellent meditation on track 2

These tracks contain music, affirmations, and a meditation. Whenever I can't sleep, I listen to the meditation and it knocks me out. The other tracks and beautiful support for reprogramming, too.
