SO good.
This is now my nightly go-to. Clean, vivid dreams, partly in that I not only DON'T need to drink myself to sleep or take sleep drugs, I really don't want to.
No obnoxious voice and tone changes throughout, she has a lovely voice. The tones that play are likely the X-MHz bit that I could probably find in the description if I looked back to it. It's nice.

A guided meditation of a walk down a staircase followed by 7 hours of excruciatingly bad New Age "music". Not what I was expecting, I get a more spiritual experience from listening to my refrigerator hum.

This one made my ears bleed?
Aweful collection of obnoxious sounds that
Comprise 99% of this “book”. I had slept thru it a few time and thought it must have been good because I remembered one of it…. So I decided to listen while awake? Is there even taking on a lot of those chapters? Because I couldn’t find anything than that screech sound of train brakes! These 2 people should know better than to just slop it in the can and call it done. They have made good ones in the past…. This is not 1!
