You'll get rid of bad behaviors and improve on good ones by following its simple tips on how to be productive. You need to fight what your body demands and focus more on what your mind tells you. You can't, if you are ignoring your body's needs. Just follow the strategies. Our mind, body and spirit needs to be aligned to achieve maximum productivity. We can find ourselves weighed down by not controlling our own emotions and experiences. We must fight for our resentments and self-doubt for us to accomplished a new and better you!

I like to thank the author for presenting such a useful book. It is very helpful for me personally. I have learned lots more about the productive mind, productive body, productive spirit, and productivity hacks... I suggest it for all my friends...
