This selection of short hypnotherapy sessions provides a convenient, self-directed opportunity to experience how hypnosis can help with deep relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, and confidence building.
The sessions have been developed specifically for home use. The trance-states employed are light and the suggestions given are general but effective.
Suggestions are given at the beginning of each session to ensure that you will alert completely from trance if anything arises urgently while you are listening. You will also be gently talked out of hypnosis at the end of each session.
We recommend that you use the chapter selection feature, along with the timer feature, to automatically start and stop at the end of the chosen chapter.
We also recommend that, where possible, you return quite gently to activity after the session has ended. As you become accustomed to using home hypnosis, you will find what works best for you in this regard.
The sessions are designed to be listened to as many times as you require and their effectiveness will increase with repeated listening. However, we recommend that you only listen to one session, and only once, in any one day.
If you have ever been diagnosed with a mental health problem (including moderate to severe anxiety or depression) you should check with your relevant medical professional before using these or any other hypnotherapy-based recordings at home.

Perfect hypnosis audio book!
Both the scripts and the narration were wonderful. Deep relaxation really worked, I could feel myself completely let go of anxiety, A place of safety was absolutely perfect, something I could use at any time, not just when I'm listening to the book. The retreat is a track I want to explore over and over again, because I will find new answers each time. And Active confidence boost was terrific. I could tell I will benefit from repeated listening.

I have listened to many self help audio books and this was one of the very best. As anyone who listens to a self hypnosis audio, the narrator is important. Jan Cramer does a splendid job. Her pacing, pitch and soothing suggestions are so conducive to both relax and allow my mind to take in the helpful suggestions.
