good reminders

This book contains lots of good reminders that you are in control of your thoughts, and gives guidance on how to re frame your thinking to live a happier life.

For a book of positivity and motivation I literally fell asleep. This is very 101 in my opinion. With very little value. The narrator was so tough to listen to. I can't recommend anything about it.
