expanded my source of recipes

These recipes look simple and delicious, and I couldn't believe it when I opened the book and discovered that I was excited to try every recipe in there! I’ve been doing plant based eating for a while and this expanded my source of recipes. Found out something new about eating beans that keeps the flatulence away. Prime information.

A great source of inspiration.

This audiobook is fabulous if you are trying out the vegan lifestyle. The recipes are simple, quick, and look beautiful. My kids even have tried out a few. It’s a great source of inspiration for making up your own dishes too!

already tried some and thus far are delicious

I’m so grateful for finding this book and truly believe this new lifestyle is sustainable for us for the long run. All the recipes I have already tried thus far are delicious! It's easy to start a diet plan when you don't have to thinking about your meals.

This audiobook is a life saver!

It's difficult to find a structure that works when trying to eat healthier, especially as a vegan. This audiobook is a lifesaver and has added some variety into my diet. I also learned some new and helpful overall health information. I'm happy I stumbled across such a magnificent find.

Enjoyed every recipe I made so far!

A plant-based diet is a special diet that focuses around foods derived from plant sources. This can include fruit, vegetables, grains, pulses, legumes, nuts and meat substitutes such as soy products. I have enjoyed every recipe I made so far! I was able to find many recipes that the entire family can eat, even picky eaters!

I love this audible cookbook.

Awesome book! I love this audible cookbook. I am trying to cook healthier for my family and this book is amazing! My very picky 16 year old even admits that the recipes are good and he was very resistant to eating "diet" food. So this audiobook was very helpful in describing exactly what a "plant based" diet really is, and the benefits.

walks you through each recipe

ll the recipes I have made have been super user friendly and are delicious. Having this book as a guide has made this way of eating seamless. Clear step by step instructions walking you through each recipe. No guessing on what to do while cooking in your pot. I am so impressed with this audiobook. Getting healthy!!!

Mouth-watering recipes!

The recipes are great for a minimalist cook wanting to use a simple amount of ingredients with a big flavor result. All of the menu items I’ve made so far from this book have been mind blowing. My girlfriend and I have been so happy with the meals we’ve made.
