Fantastic!
Solid information about the metaphysical realm backed by scientific information. I've been working a lot on myself and hope to have my breakthrough experience soon. My approach has been very intentional and careful so as not to be exposed to the wrong energies.

Informative and helpful
This was an informative and helpful book to understanding the beliefs of the third eye. It was helpful with good practices for meditation. only gave the performance 3 - stars due to the reading of the URLs in the text. Note to author: create a landing page with the links with a simple url that is easy to hear and repeat.
