Every boy and man needs to read this.
The narrator was meant to read this book and any man looking to be the greatest version of himself will massively benefit from this content.
I really enjoyed it and one of the things I truly find helpful to me in this book is realising the tensions I have been holding back for years thank you so much Sean.

What the crap did I just read??
"Scream from the bottom of your balls!??" The funny thing about this book is the author says he basically wrote the book at a bar on a napkin with his buddy....... yep pretty much read that way.

Not recommended
The interpretation of an alpha male that the author proposes is a somewhat toxic one. While he denounces the toxic meat head jock types, he enthusiastically endorses saying whatever flows across your grey matter will no filter as a means to be an "Alpha Male". This is so far and away from what a true Alpha is. The best example of an Alpha is James Bond. He is a gentleman, suave, polite, but he will not be pushed around because he knows that he is the alpha in the room. Blurting out anything that comes to mind is typically rude and toxic because it takes no one's feelings in consideration but your own

Straight to the point
Not only the theory but also some excercises are desribed here. This is not a PUA book but a roadmap to becoming an integral alpha man.
I haven't tried the excercises proposed in this audiobook but they seem logic. Will update.
