Amazing
This is the foundation which everything builds upon. How well you succeed in poker and how far you can go lies on how good your foundation is. The level to how well you conditioned and nurture your mind, body, emotions and your why's!

Get Grounded

another disappointing listen from Patricia, there is the odd piece of useful information but none of it from the other always from a reference. strike two from this author for me would be very hesitant to purchase any new material from her in future.
