What did you like best about this story?

The meditations were really easy to follow along with and I found them simple enough to do right in the morning as I got up (before coffee!).


Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

There are two meditations, so I didn't listen to them back to back. For me, it took two days to practice both meditations and then I listened to both on separate days again.


Any additional comments?

It's one of those audiobooks you can use repeatedly and come back to again and again when you're in the mood for a quick meditation session. Might be boring for the expert meditator, but it was simple and valuable enough for me to enjoy and got me to relax.
