Publisher's Summary

Somewhere in your genetic past your immune system had a run in with pollen and classified it as a toxic substance. It stored this information in its data banks and began to build defenses against it, despite the fact that pollen is a completely harmless substance. Every spring you suffer from the consequences of this error. You sneeze, you wheeze, you break into hives. All because your immune system thinks that pollen is toxic. All because it's making a mistake!
Long ago the ancient alchemists shared secret knowledge with specially chosen students. They revealed to them the hidden powers of the mind, and taught them how to attune their internal systems to naturally cure themselves of disorders like hay fever. Over the centuries thousands have used their teachings to better their lives, and now you can too. In this concise and easy-to-use book, the mastery of five powerful alchemical tools will be revealed to you. Why continue to suffer from hay fever when you can learn how to end it? Become an inner alchemist and rid yourself of hay fever once and for all.
