Wonderfully Peaceful Guided Meditation
'Peace of Mind' takes the listener through a series of guided reflections and meditations, in which the main focus is upon seeing oneself as a soul, a being of light. It lifts you outside of the distractions of day to day living and helps you to think about yourself in a much wider context. Like all the recordings I have by Brahma Kumaris, this one really does help me to take time out to refocus my mind and relax. 'Peace of Mind' is a perfect title as, whenever I listen to this, I feel much more centred and peaceful. This effect lasts well after listening as well. The relaxing music and calm voice of the narrator help to enhance this wonderful experience.
'Knowing Myself' and 'Knowing God' are similar in that they both guide you into a state of higher awareness and peaceful contemplation.
Yes. Like all of the recordings, this one is excellent.
The entire recording moves me to experience a much more peaceful state of mind.
If you are looking for a guided hypnosis recording that really calms the mind and brings you a sense of peace and you aren't offended by references to the soul or God, I would highly recommend 'Peace of Mind'
- Anna "I enjoy all kinds of books, but most recently I have been listening to thrillers, horror, history and documentary titles. Audible is a great way to get to 'read' books when you don't have the time to actually sit down with a paper book and it offers an affordable alternative (especially in NZ where books are an extremely expensive luxury) to discover new writers."
