This subliminal hypnosis program works for you on three different levels - positive affirmations will be spoken during your deepest state of open relaxation, low binaural beats that are almost imperceptible to the human ear work with your subconscious mind to anchor the positive affirmations for overcoming stage fright, and ancient Solfeggio tones encourage healing and wholeness with powerful harmonic frequencies. Along with seven different soothing sounds of nature, these three elements combined together are the triad of positive change that will propel you toward a better future.
Overcoming Stage Fright Affirmations in this program are:
I am talented and capable
My stage presence is bigger than life
When I am on stage, people want to listen to me
I am in control of my surroundings
I am confident
I can speak in front of people easily
I love being on stage
I thrive when others are watching me
I am comfortable on stage
I know exactly what I am doing
Instructions: There are no relaxation suggestions in this subliminal hypnosis program, so you can listen at any time of the day or night. You may listen to the entire program as a whole or select only specific nature sounds that you enjoy most - the positive affirmations will still be effective for change.

Frustrating with NO Chapters
Would you consider the audio edition of Overcoming Stage Fright Subliminal Affirmations to be better than the print version?
I love Audible, but this is just lame; how do I find Chapter 4 on my iPod each time? By fast forwarding??
Would you be willing to try another book from Subliminal Hypnosis? Why or why not?
I don't know yet.
Which character – as performed by the narrator – was your favorite?
NO idea.....it will not be easy to navigate the chapters as they are not easy to differentiate
