The old Egyptian "djedi" made famous in the Star Wars movies possessed secret knowledge about releasing the awesome power of the imagination. Over 3500 years in the making, the Opening the Way imaginization reveals the ancient Egyptian technique of creating and holding mental pictures steady to the inward eye long enough to see, hear, taste, smell, and touch them as if they were real. Awaken your immortal "sahu" from its slumber and briefly glimpse the union of Heaven and Earth. At the very heart of the Sacred Wisdom of Egypt is the belief that the radiant being called the "sahu" survives the physical death of the body. The practice of "Opening the Way" alters the "khat", or physical body, and its etheric twin, the "ka" or spiritual body, so that the immortal "sahu" can temporarily escape its confinement within the physical body. In this practice, the divine Horus Energy stored at the base of the "djed" or spine is released and moved up the spine energizing all passageways of the "ka". When the divine energy reaches the highest energy center in the brain, the immortal "sahu" is birthed. Your journey to birth your "being who shines in its own splendor" begins as you are guided with gentle voice, sound effects, and music to shift your attention to the coiled Lunar Serpent and the Solar Serpent at the base of your the spine. Send light into your serpents and, with each exhale, see them coming alive. Shift your attention up to the Root Chakra and watch the Lunar Serpent and Solar Serpent crisscross and travel through the Root Chakra. Focus on the Second or Sacral Plexus Chakra and move the writhing, sinewy serpents on through the Second Chakra. Continue your journey up the "djed" and through each of the chakras until you reach the Seventh or Crown Chakra, the Throne for all seven physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. Relax for a moment and enjoy the feeling of being totally energized.
