Perhaps revolutionary.

I have yet not fully listened. But I have an Aha moment ! Hence, I upload this review. As author says, her concepts could be revolutionary.

I have read some books on fear, anxiety depression, but this one book appears to have practical application which can be used.

In fact, the book has started freeing me up from frozen fears, frozen anxiety and frozen depression.

The central benifit I am deriving is learning about two types of tensions in body, and how to involve body in reducing tension generated by anxiety and depression.

If I can recognise these two types of tensions in body, and if I can change these tensions, I think my object of listening to this book is served. Thank You, Dr. Doris. Thank You, Audible Team.
