Publisher's Summary

What if you could defuse tension and create accord in even the most volatile situations - just by changing the way you spoke? Over the past 35 years, Marshall Rosenberg has done just that, peacefully resolving conflicts in families, schools, businesses, and governments in 30 countries all over the world. Relevant to a Job Hopper/3X Married

My 3rd wife and I have been progressively fighting for months. I've been unemployed for six months. I couldn't say anything to her at all without any conversation nose diving. Before I was even 100% done listening to Violent Commutation, I had a 90 minute healing, positive, loving and productive conversation with my her. Not one raised eyebrow or voice. I have tried thousands of dollars worth of counseling, self help and mentoring. This not only works, but is the only approach that I can ever see working. It simply washes away your prejudice by asking what you need.

If you twist my arm for a suggestion, I would change the sound quality so there is less mouth noises and speed up his message, which I simply did in the app.

Thank you!

Very helpful for personal & professional conflicts

Wonderful book. I only give it a lower score for performance because the author/reader does a funny voice every time he is quoting someone else. It draws me out of the moment. This book has already helped me manage a few potential conflicts in my personal and professional life. I assigned it to one of my managers to help her talk to employees in a more healthy and helpful way.
