terrible

poorly written. "actually" the worst audio book I've ever listened to. Sad to see something this bad is offered.

Poorly written with decent info

This is a decent book for anyone curious about herbal healing remedies; however, the book is poorly written, using the word "actually" in almost every other sentence. There was also a list that repeated "headaches". It doesn't seem like much work went into the book, and almost all information that was read can be found online for free. Not worth the purchase.
