Publisher's Summary

Do you wallow in self-pity, assuming that your weaknesses can do nothing but work against you? Has another deeply wounded you, and you can't get over it? Are you living in the earthly realm rather than the spirit realm that God has called you to move into?
You no longer have to allow the painful circumstances that distract you from the purposes of your life to take control. Reverend William D. Pointer, Jr.'s Moving from Pain to Power: Breaking Life Cycles that Lead to Defeat will provide you with meaningful steps that will help you navigate away from the pain in your life.
Instead of giving up, shutting down, and descending into depression, as so many do, take the spiritual road and learn from your weaknesses. Find God's purpose in your pain. Allow Moving from Pain to Power to help you seek and build up your self-determination and confidence while focusing on the most important decisions you'll be asked to make in life.

Truly Inspiring!

My favorite part is when he explains, if you are consumed with pain, you cannot have power. This is so true. Pain can cause distraction and tries to get us to only focus only on our situation rather than the purpose God has upon our lives. The lessons taught are clear, concise
and is right in line with the word of God. The only thing I would change is the readers voice. Other than that, I feel it is a true, practical view of dealing with pain. Inspiring!
