distracting and annoying voice

I really struggle to get through this. I think the ideas are good and can be supportive but there is this extra voice in there that is supposed to pull the story along and it's super annoying and I just couldn't stay with it.

The Author was raw and exposed for the whole book. This created a very intimate setting for a person to search deep within to find the root cause of stress and burnout.
