Worked wonders on me

I thought I was a night person but the strategies in this book actually worked on me. I could see the difference from the very first day I started making a few key changes...

Get sleep and drink water. That's the gist of it

I lost count of the number of times he mentioned he likes to drink water and get adequate sleep. I acknowledge those things are very important but I was hoping he'd have a bit more to offer than repetition of the same themes over and over for most of the book.

Also, the final chapter was basically just name-dropping - I got halfway through that last real chapter and just abandoned the book.

I don't regret buying it, as it helped reinforce ideas I'd already read about in other books, but I won't be listening to this again.

Great starting point!!!

I found this book super helpful because it kept it simple and it definitely a good read. Motivated me to actually start taking control. Would recommend to anyone at any age!

Wasn’t written for people like me

Maybe this would help someone different, but I clearly was not the target audience. I work a lot due to my job and have a very varied schedule, where I work a typical daytime schedule but will regularly have something for work in the evening, middle of the night or early morning. The author only says that if you have an irregular schedule, it’s probably only slightly irregular because it’s not sustainable. I’ve been doing this for 10 years and it’s not about to change. This seems targeted at entrepreneurs and creatives who have very flexible schedules. It read more like a list of things you could include in the morning routine, and I had already thought of most of the things he mentioned like drink coffee, exercise, drink water etc.
