being somebody who has read several books on mindfulness, I've found this book to be kind of boring. However I do think that if you are somebody new to practicing mindfulness and need a step by step guide, this is great!

If you've been curious about mindfulness and want an introduction this book is very helpful. It offers pragmatic methods of incorporating mindfulness into your life.
