Very good information
I'm going to try this method. I have improved my vision a lot With Organic vegin food and supplements.
By not eating no processed foods. Taking vitamin A. Also by doing a lot of recurch on how to heal eyes
naturaly I have almost healed my eyes from cataracts in both eyes it has taken over a year to do so.
You need to surch for health books and Do a lot of study. Audible is a great place for health books.
