This master plan includes:

Understanding of true minimalism
Top benefits
Thirty days to prepare
And much, much, much more!
What is true minimalism? True minimalism is quite different from what you see in mainstream media. Many people are leading "minimalist" lifestyles to the extreme, eliminating everything they have and living with next to nothing. In reality, this is often a delusional depiction of what minimalism truly is. These scenarios are often attention-grabbing for their shock value, and lead people to believe that a minimalist lifestyle means that you live a life of lack and struggle. After all, how joyful can you be when you have nothing to fulfill your day-to-day needs?
If you want to be a true minimalist, you must first understand exactly what minimalism is, and what it isn't. To make it very simple: minimalism means to lead a life whereby you only use what you need for regular basis. Anything and everything else that no longer serves you or brings you joy is either thrown away or given away, thus freeing up space in your physical environment, as well as in your psychological one. To understand this description on a deeper level, we will further explore the concept of minimalism.

No insight, just the musings of a greenie

The sample sounded OK, but it just became a would be diary of a weirdy tree hugger. It had no surprises.

Thanks for the good Listen...

Amazing guidebook to start living a minimalist life. I am quite impress with the content of this book. The author really made sure that readers would understand what exactly minimalism is, which he plainly explained to lead a life whereby you only use what is need for regular basis. Anything that no longer be of service be thrown away or given away. Thus, giving yourself enough space to breath and to ponder on different things. Impressive.
