Great meditation practices

What made the experience of listening to Mindfulness for Beginners the most enjoyable?

Mindfulness has greatly improved my daily life and overall health and wellness. Mindfulness is key to living a stress free and happy life , this's book does a great job of explaining it simply! Great listen and easy to understand

This being said This book describes the practice in a concise and easy to understand manner that everyone should partake in. This book gives a really well done description of mindfulness and how it can help you in your life. I suffer from anxiety and the methods and activities provided are very helpful.

I welcome that the book gave steps and exchange for learners like me. This book has helped me get started in mindfulness so that I could live my life stress free and happily.
