Great beginners book!

This book is a great introduction to mindfulness.

It begins with a clear explanation of what mindfulness is and then provides specific examples of how you can practice mindfulness in different situations.

If you've been looking to get started with mindfulness this book is a good way to get started. It's short but it contains information and examples that are easy to understand and you can start practicing immediately.

Mindfullness Made Simple

If you could sum up Mindfulness for Beginners in three words, what would they be?

Freedom, detachment, and courage

Have you listened to any of Trisha Wiggin-Fausnaugh’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
