Narrator was extremely hard to listen to . Have many books on Mindfulness and this is my least favorite.

Mindfulness for Everyone

I read the book recently and really enjoyed it. I got a lot of information that helped to open my eyes to what I need to do to get back into practice with mindfulness. I was enthused and determined to practice. But then I finished it and moved on to the next book. I thought about it but didn't follow up.

I received a review copy in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I was glad to review this information and got a lot out of hearing it even if I did read it recently. I will listen to this over and over as I feel it will be a good reminder to practice mindfulness. I like that you can listen to Audibles from your Echo so you can multi task. It was a good recording and I got a lot out of it.

However, I do enjoy Marta's voice and although the lady who did the narration did a good job, I missed hearing Marta read this in her own voice.
