Perfect Relaxation Techniques

I really enjoyed this book. I learned some great relaxation techniques. How to unwind an de-stress daily is very helpful to my everyday life. I use the meditation exercises every nite before bedtime an my sleep has improved. I highly recommend this book to listen an use everyday.
