This book will show you and help you what you need to know about mindfulness. I bought this to learn mindfulness, how to achieve inner peace and how to gain a true happiness. This will help me open my eyes and mind in achieving the state of mindfulness that desperately need (whether i realize it or not). This will help me overcome! I love it! Very educated nook!
