Mindfulness is a concept of living in a moment, fully aware of yourself and everything around you. I have a feeling that mindfulness exploded all over the Internet in 2015. and that every website had at least one article about this "new" thing. Anyone can now get information about mindfulness anywhere, but I think it is better to have a book from a trusted source where you know what you will get.

This audio book broadens my knowledge about Mindfulness and the author did a great job on researching all the important information that we need to know. Both the author and the narrator did a great job! Stephanie Murphy narrates the book well and clearly!

I always find ways on how to achieve happiness as well as to get rid of stress for me to be able to live a stress free life. I have already read a lot of books about Meditation also listened to audio books but still I always find new and discover a lot of things about mindfulness meditation. This information in this audio book are informative and quite interesting!
