Easy to Follow and Quick to Relax You
This is a very straightforward audiobook. It teaches you how to meditate and is aimed towards the beginner who doesn't already understand all the basics of meditation. It implements the effects of music and nature by incorporating both elements into each meditation. I found it easy to get lost within the nature sounds after the meditation, which sort of has a lulling effect.
I enjoyed the meditation oasis, which incorporated a lot of guided imagery and pretty much sent me to my happy place.
No, it seems better to listen to this collection in chunks, or whenever you feel like meditating. They are different enough to be used at different times. It would make more sense to do one of the meditations multiple times if once wasn't enough.
