What did you love best about Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners?
This is a very straightforward audiobook. It teaches you how to meditate and is aimed towards the beginner who doesn't already understand all the basics of meditation. It implements the effects of music and nature by incorporating both elements into each meditation. I found it easy to get lost within the nature sounds after the meditation, which sort of has a lulling effect.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners?
I enjoyed the meditation oasis, which incorporated a lot of guided imagery and pretty much sent me to my happy place.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No, it seems better to listen to this collection in chunks, or whenever you feel like meditating. They are different enough to be used at different times. It would make more sense to do one of the meditations multiple times if once wasn't enough.

What would have made Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners better?
More teaching and less music. I wanted to be taught how to properly meditate using mindfulness.
What could Motivation Coach have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Again, more teach, less tunes.

I have no idea.

Disappointment. There was not enough there to keep me interested. I can get sound tracks for free.
