Would you consider the audio edition of Mindfulness Exercises for Beginners to be better than the print version?
I liked listen to this book rather than reading it because I could actually practice the exercises while listening to it through my headphones!
What insight do you think you’ll apply from Mindfulness Exercises for Beginners?
I will learn how to get through work all day with a clear mind. I don't think I will ever have anxiety or stress again after listening to this book.
