This book speaks to me on a level
where it's ok if I'm sad, frustrated or aggravated with how things are going because these emotions are neither good nor bad just something I have to work through.
These techniques helped to restore my mental stability and bring my awareness back to the moment and away from the chaos that surrounds me.
I also think the narrator was an excellent fit for this book.
For anyone struggling to find their ☺ place I suggest using this book as a tool to get to the next destination.

I came across this book as I was looking at self improvement techniques. This book was certainly a easy read, I read the entire book without a break which has never happened before. As he speaks you get encouraged and want to learn more.
Personally, I have not learned anything about mindfulness before I started reading this book. I got the idea that it's not that hard because the author gives you easy exercises to improve your mindfulness. You can simply be aware of these exercises when you are going through your day and use them as tools for an improved life and reaching your goals:)
I do already practice mindfulness, however I will be trying some of the methods within this book to get it into my EVERYDAY life! I listened to this particular book as I am trying to find books to recommend to my brother who is going through a hard time at the moment, this is going to be one of the books I recommend! Thank you
