Good place to start

This is full of good suggestions for beginning your mindful life. The timing seemed a little off on the reading but I got used to it. The readers voice is great though.

Was okay, not fantastic

It was a little basic. Okay for people who have never heard of mindfulness, and for those who don't expect much past a basic overview on how to incorporate mindfulness in their lives. Most ideas were common sense.
