Great book with good advice

Having already read & listened to Gill's other book Positive Thinking, it led me onto this one. It's equally as good. Plenty of sound advice about being mindful and in the moment without all the Americany-happy-clappy stuff.
A good way to get out of old habits to live a better life with mind in mind.
Well worth it, will listen a number of times to remind myself about thinking right. 👍

good book and an interesting topic

good over all it might take me a few times to let the ideas sink in but it's a good book and the readers voice is pleasant and makes for easy listening
