Sean takes a practical and modern approach to the age old question of what makes a person happy. This isn't a "10 things to help you x, y and/or z", but rather the "1 thing that will make you better at understanding the 10 ways to help you x, y and z." It's about understanding the you at the center of you, and how to use it to your advantage in every kind of situation. Looking forward to reading volume 2! :)

The equation of emotion that Sean Webb often refers to is such a great tool to practice day in and day out. It will change the way you see yourself and respond to the world.

Prior to reading & applying Webb's ground breaking material I was a hot mess! I had struggled with alcohol addiction for several years, was at my therapist's office weekly and was taking prescription medication for depression. My husband had turned me on to Webb's podcast a year and a half ago, and I was blown away with his extraordinary, yet simple approach to controlling our minds. With the motivation I received from reading Webb's book, I checked my self into rehab on November the 2nd, 2016. Exactly a year later, not only have I been clean for 12 months, I no longer require prescription drugs for depression, and best yet I stopped my weekly counseling sessions because I literally ran out of topics to discuss with my therapist. Webb's book helps me to resolve issues in real-time, with swift solutions to everyday problems. Good-Bye therapist couch! I have shared this book with dozens of my friends that I met in rehab and they are getting excellent results also in learning how to control their emotions and mind. A direct quote from one of my friends after I gave her a copy of Webb's book was "This is brilliant! What did I do before I had this information?"
