Where does Mind Control for Stress Relief rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
In terms of relaxation, I'd say this audiobook ranks as one of the best. I like to listen to this audiobook right after work, because work tends to get quite stressful. I make time for this audiobook because I need the peace of mind, and this method helps me feel relaxed the fastest.

After listening to this audiobook, I usually indulge in a hot bath and a glass of wine. These activities are more enjoyable AFTER listening to this audiobook, because they place me in a mindset that is both positive and relaxing. I would recommend this audiobook to anyone who needs help feeling more relaxed and at peace - especially after a long work day or a stressful event.
