Bazinga

Very basic book on how important your mindset is for everything in your life; achieving goals, reacting to circumstances, general wellbeing, etc...

If you've read any other book on how important your mindset is you won't find anything new in this book. The main benefit of this book is how the information is condensed. In a 20ish minute read you have a good base of how important your mindset is to life. There is nothing new here and I wouldn't say this is a waste of time. I'd consider it a refresher on information already learned while living life. The narration was fine and I have no complaints.

Disclaimer: My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed. I only leave 5 stars for books I've listened to or will listen to multiple times.

Don’t buy or listen

The best part of the audio book was the legal disclaimer at the beginning of the book. A total waste of time.

Outdated

Unless you have been living under a rock for the last two decades you have heard this all before. Book needs to be updated, rewritten or taken out of print. I listened to the whole book thinking it must get better. It did not.
