Publisher's Summary

Many people have dreams they would like to realise and things about their lives that they would like to change. Relatively few have the mental strength to break outside their comfort zone and take the steps needed. Fear, self-doubt, lack of confidence, or simply being overawed by the tasks ahead can stop you from achieving your true potential. This guide shows how to develop your mind and push past the obstacles that stand between you and your goals. This audiobook is based on the author's DVD of the same title.

Nice voice

If a heavy scottish accent telling you you can do anything doesn't get you feeling good, I don't know what will. Production quality was pretty poor, but the content was worth the money.

:42 Minutes? What a joke.

I bought this because I loved the book. The book is 192 pages so I should have questioned why only :42 minutes? You get one chapter worth of the entire book. How can they do that? What a rip off. Save your money!
