I’m not going to lie, in the beginning it started off a bit slow. I was worried I wasted a credit. Later on in the book though she expresses a lot of valuable information that tells you scientific information on love which is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Very valuable book for any woman or man. Amazingly mind blowing!
As a successful dating coach myself, I absolutely loved the content of this book. We often forget that there is a biological element to dating as well as the emotional piece. Holy cow!
I never understood this before! Now I know.
This was an eye opener and I have so much better understanding of why getting into a sexual relationship or getting sexual too early in one and ‘hoping’ for a real relationship to come out of it was doomed to fail...

Worth a second listen
Definition of truth: hard words to hear.
Changes your entire approach to mid-life dating, knowing that women MUST be the pursued and NOT the pursuer. It's just the way Mother Nature made us. Once you accept this fact, dating becomes a little less stressful.
