Excellent Material

Best I have read so far..loved the meditations. Dr.Hanson clearly lives what he has written. His authenticity
in being fully human yet ever seeking
what is his purest expression of doing no harm is inspiring and has deepened my hopefullness and gratitude. Namaste!
