This is a very good introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness. The first 30 minutes is the introduction, benefits, some history, and examples.
After that, come the exercises for meditation. Ideal for beginners. There are also chapters on mindfulness in everyday life.
The audiobook is definitely one you can use again and again as you advance with the exercises.
The production was good. Nice and clear and the narrator did a great job with reading. Calm voice. Ideal for this subject.
This is a outstanding book/tape for someone wanting to learn meditation. The text is crisp and clear and the narration by Peter Lerman (on the audiobook) is top of the line!
You will totally learn to meditate but this is NOT a one off- you will return to this time after time as your practise deepens.
