easy to follow and puts you in a good mood

I'm not expert at meditation, but I read enough to know the benefits of the practice. Plus, many of my friends are yoga and meditation junkies, which has made me quite curious about the practice. I haven't been able to find a local event for meditation, so I thought I'd give this and other audiobooks like it a try. I haven't been disappointed.

This audiobook in particular was quite informative on how I should position myself, breathe, what I should think (or not think about), what's likely going on in my mind and how I can bring my focus back to the meditation process. It was helpful, easy going and brief enough so that a beginner like me doesn't feel overwhelmed.

I'd recommend reserving about 30 minutes or so for it. If you like sitting and continuing the meditation, or just want to reflect, there is music to help you do that. I had a few candles lit during the process, so it really felt like a private getaway meditation session. Very nice experience.

Very relaxing and easy to do. Soothing but gets you to a calming state of mind without putting you to sleep. Great content. Love, love, love.
