Great background for the uninitiated

This is a true beginners guide -- best for those who are curious about meditation but have never tried it -- or have tried it but didn't have sufficient knowledge of the whys and hows of developing a personalized meditation practice. It would also be a good starting point for those coming back to meditation after a long absence.

The experience of listening to this audiobook was soothing, yet informative. The narrator's voice is calm, neutral, yet natural. I found the quality of her voice and the pacing conducive to focused awareness.

Ready for the next book in the series!

Fantastic narration!

The narrator's voice is soothing and quite pleasant. I can't wait to listen to more of her narration for meditation. Her voice is enthralling to the point that it does not matter what she is saying as long as she is the one saying it. Thank you for an informative text with a wonderful peace inducing narrator.
