Publisher's Summary

In Meditation, world-famous psychic Edgar Cayce explains how to identify your personal spiritual ideals, use your personal spiritual ideals as sources of self-actualization, create your own affirmation mantra, and move energy through the spiritual centers of your body to enhance healing and harmony. If prayer is like talking to God, meditation is a way of listening to the divine within. Cayce offers a complete step-by-step explanation of his unique approach to meditation. Now, you can escape to your own "special meditation place" by putting on your headphones.

Meditation guidance

This is a helpful, clear guide to meditation techniques. It is straight-forward and very easy to listen to. The guided meditation is similarly clear and straight-forward. I would highly recommend this, but not as a download. Books are usually segmented into tracks when they are downloaded and in many books, those tracks correspond to the chapters, which makes it easy to find your place if you lose it. This book has a guided meditation and a section of background music for meditation. It would make sense if these two sections were separate tracks, but they are not which makes it impossible to use it for anything other than a straight listening. (The guided meditation is 15 minutes into the second track and the background meditation music is 25 minutes in) Audible has done this with other meditation books and it is very frustrating.
So, buy this book by all means. But not from audible
