I think both versions have their value. I like the audiobook version due to my morning commute to work
The Laurent series
This is my first. He has a clear and gentle tone. I enjoyed his narration
I just need more efficiency in my meal prepping. This has tons of pointers to help me with that. It walks you through start to finish in the simplest way possible.
The recipes in the end were great! Instead of writing them down for reference I think I am just going to buy the paperback version! The recipe for the homemade energy bars were DELICIOUS!
